1. Adjust the temperature of the outer surface of the plastic pipe: decrease the cooling water temperature. The optimal cooling water temperature of the PE pipe is 20-25°and check the waterway for blockage or insufficient water pressure; then check the barrel, head, and other heating rings for damage.Adjust the inlet water flow of the sizing sleeve and consult the PVC pipe raw material supplier about the raw material parameters of this batch; next we have to check the mold core temperature, if it is higher than the temperature of the mold section, lower the core temperature and clean the mold.
2. If groove marks appear on the outer surface of the plastic pipe , then just regulate the outlet pressure of the sizing sleeve, and the water output requirement is balanced. Also, we have to adjust the nozzle angle in the vacuum sizing box to make the pipe cool evenly.
3. If groove marks appear on the inner surface, we have to see whether water enters the inner tube. If water enters, pinch the tube blank of the outlet mold tightly to make the inner cavity closed and decrease the internal temperature of the mold.
4. There is a jitter ring inside the pipe to adjust the sizing sleeve to make the water even; we have to change the vacuum degree of the second chamber to make the vacuum degree of the rear chamber slightly higher than the vacuum degree of the front chamber; if the vacuum seal is too tight; check the tractor of the PVC pipe production line . Whether there is jitter phenomenon; we have to see if the discharge of the host is uniform.
5. By adjusting the vacuum degree, the size of the outer circle of the pipe can be changed ; through the way of changing the size of the outer circle ; the inner hole size of the sizing sleeve can be corrected.
6. Adjust the angle of the nozzle in the vacuum setting machine and spray box to make the pipe cool evenly; and then we have to check the water level height and pressure of the water pressure gauge in the vacuum setting machine and spray box to make the spray volume large and powerful;if the water temperature of the setting machine and spray box >35℃, we need to configure a chilled water system or add a spray cooling box; check the water channel, clean the filter; adjust the process; check and correct the inner hole of the sizing sleeve; adjust the tube guide clamping device to correct the ellipse of the pipe.
