Roller haul-off

Roller haul-off:

 Press type: Pneumatic pressing

 Increase the diameter of shaft heads and bearings ensure stable operation of thick board.

 Double-row chain drive,forward and backward roller transmission coefficient is consistent .

Longitudinal cutting machine + Transverse cutting machine

Longitudinal cutting machine:

 The rubber brick compacting device will provide the accurate cutting precision when the cutter works, workstations and blade will be controlled to move up and down by cutting cylinder.

 You can choose to manually cutting and automatic cutting mode.

 The length will be measured by meter counter.

Transverse cutting machine(with dust collector):

 The saw blade is a high-quality alloy steel, which adopts meter automatic control fixed length cutting with vacuuming device.

PVC WPC foam board is a new mateiral for both inside or outside decoration. It has hard and smooth surface, whcih can be laminated by various materials such as PVC film, impregnated paper, etc. It opens a new world of decoration, the laminated board is not only waterproof, UV resistant and anti-corrosion, but also special and beautiful. WPC sheet is like wood, but it is much better than wood.

Final Product Introduction:

1. WPC foam board making machine consist of conical twin screw extruder , mould , calibration forming unit , conveyor cooling rollers , side cutting , haul off , cutting unit , conveyor unit , auto length calculator and storage table . the whole line has the advantages of reasonable structure and high performance . frequency convertor is adopted for the extruder for electricity saving . 

2. Screw inside adopt auto temperature controlling , screw and barrel adopt for special designed super –conical structure and the material adopt 38CrMoAiA. Extruding capacity increase 30% power save can be 20-30%. Long using life, high capacity and stable working as well as supper plasticizing are the main characters of the line.
