The hydraulic screen changer is designed with an exhaust system, which can fully eliminate the gas mixed in the material and the perforated plate to be replaced, prevent the gas from forming in the product during the screen change process, and improve the quality of the product.
It has the functions of charging, exhaust and blowdown, which can ensure the continuity of products during the screen change process.
The extrusion pressure of each extrusion hole is uniform, and the discharge is uniform, so as to reduce the material degradation caused by material accumulation.
